Today’s page  was a leap of faith in terms of inking because so much of the atmosphere was going to come with the colors. When inking a colored comic you have to rely on your colorist (or yourself in my case) to be able to give your page that extra layer of polish. If you don’t trust your colors then sometimes you can over do your inks and then the page can feel flat. It would’ve been very easy to just ink the inside of the ship entirely black but I knew I would make it feel like a dark space without having to resort to that.

Have a great rest of the week and I’ll see you back here on Friday!
